Clear Aligner Cleaning Products: Give your trays a good soak (approximately 20 minutes) with a dentist-approved, retainer-safe cleaner. Invisalign cleaning crystals are designed specifically to tackle discoloration and bad odors, but there are plenty of denture cleaners you can pick up at the store.

Hydrogen Peroxide: You can also make a 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Soaking your aligners for about 30 minutes will disinfect them, break up debris, and help with tough staining.
